Make-up Policy

Missed classes may be made up for inclement weather or excused absences. It is the responsibility of the student to arrange to make-up classes.  Students must check in advance with the office for availability of space in the class before making it up.

 

Classes missed due to excused absences or inclement weather closures must be made up within 30 days. Excused absences in June must be made up before the recital.  No refunds or credit will be issued for classes unattended.

Closures and Holidays

 

Inclement weather closures are posted on the website and WRAR radio station.  Our studio does not necessarily follow school closures.  When in doubt, check the website or call the studio 2 hours before your class is scheduled. 

 

 

The studio will be closed for the following holidays:

Thanksgiving

Christmas/New Year’s

Spring Break

(Please see the calendar for specific dates.)

 

These are our only scheduled closures.  We do not close for any of the “Monday holidays”, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, or Halloween.

 

 

Tuitions are still due and payable on the 1st and no later than the 5th during holiday closures.
